Social and Community Participation
Engaging in Social and Community Participation will lead to improved wellbeing outcomes for both you and your carers. This relates not only to health and life satisfaction, but also employment, education and income.
Capacity Building
Our Capacity Building programs are skills based, you will be given the tools you need to access the community and increase independence, we will assist you in utilising public transport and promote skill building within the home and community. Capacity Building programs can be delivered in a group or individual setting.
